Projects centered on urban renewal, community block grants, residential or commercial real estate development, and public housing facilities. Examples: Downtown revitalization efforts, disaster recovery rebuilding (such as after Hurricane Agnes), apartment complexes, and government buildings.
Easter Egg EIS documents: Loring Park Pedestrian Greenway (1977): planned redevelopment in Minneapolis featuring 2,000 residential units and 1,050 hotel units, with a "raised pedestrian greenway" designed to completely separate vehicular and pedestrian traffic while physically integrating the downtown area with a local park

Loring Park begins as a "Redevelopment District." The population sits at 1,387 residents as the city clears land for a new high-density vision.
2020: The Realization
Fifty years later, the bar has risen. With 9,718 residents, the district is now one of the most densely populated urban residential areas in Minneapolis.
